Title: Facilities Manager, London, City, £50k to £60k+ bonus, pension, healthcare, etc
Description: You will have full responsibility for the London Head Office (c400 employees) and help with projects and advice at offices across Europe.

The company has been expanding in recent years and you will be gearing the company up for a move to larger offices in the City.

You will manage an in-house team of seven staff and all hard and soft FM contractors and related budgets.

This is a new position and candidates must have experience of developing FM services within a blue chip organisation, setting up SLAs and KPIs.

A NEBOSH (or equivalent) H&S qualification is required along with full BIFM membership and several years FM and moves/ project management experience.

A salary of £50k-£60k is offered along with bonus scheme, good company pension, BUPA, life assurance etc.
