Our client, a high profile public organisation In Leeds are currently looking Facilities Manager to oversee Building and Engineering Maintenance, Project Management of minor and major works, Environmental Controls, Cleaning Services and Security Services at their landmark site close to Leeds City Centre.

This role will work with the Head of Estates and Facilities to create and deliver parts of the plan of work that maintain and update the fabric of the building and plant, within budgetary constraints. This post is responsible for delivering a quality service across all Facilities functions.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification to degree level and able to take on overall management of the functions of Estates and Facilities. We are looking for somebody with proven experience of managing services across a range of support functions within a public building. A technical background in one of the disciplines is essential and a H&S qualification is desirable.

In return our client is looking to offer Salary of up to £35,000 per annum (37.5 hours a week) they will require flexibility of hours due to the nature of the business. Overtime maybe available.
