Temp Assistant FM (Salary £12 p/h )

A leading Facilities Management Services Provider requires an experienced Assistant FM to support the FM in the management of cleaning, maintenance and security contracts across a multi-site property portfolio of government buildings throughout zones 1, 2 and 3. Candidates must have an IOSH Managing Safely Health and Safety qualification (or similar) as you will be required to undertake H&S audits and DSE assessments. The initial booking is up to November 2010 although there is a good chance of contract extension or going perm and for rapid promotion. Candidates must be available for almost immediate start.

Additional Benefits: £11.53 p/hour plus holiday pay
