Assistant Facilities Manager (Salary
£28000 p.a.
)
Our client is seeking a Assistant Facilities Manager to support the strategic management of all facilities management. The successful candidate will be managing a large high profile site of 82,000 sq ft and managing all the FM contractors within. The AFM will also be responsible for other offices within the region so some travel will be required.
The key areas to this role will be Compliance, Cost, Innovation and the Customer service delivery. The successful candidate will be extremely motivated and hard working and will have experience in all the above fields and ideally possess a health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH / IOSH.
Previous management or supervision experience is preferred as there will be 2 direct reports for this role. Customer Focus, Presentable, Confident and experienced in liaising with senior staff is highly important.
