Maintenance Supervisor (Salary please enquire )

Building Maintenance Supervisor Our client seeks a maintenance supervisor to ensure the safe, efficient and cost effective functioning and maintenance of the premises and equipment infrastructure. Main duties will be to work closely with the Facilities Manager to identify those tasks which can be undertaken in-house and their order of priority, and those which require specialist contractors, carry out day to day maintenance inspections of building and engineering plant and services and oversee routine planned preventative maintenance to agreed written work schedules and frequencies and instigate repairs as required.
