Property Inspector (Salary £23000 p.a. )

Our client is the facilities arm of a major national property company who is seeking to strengthen their national inspection team. You will be responsible for an area which includes the South West, South Wales and eastwards to Southampton so the role involves lots of travel. You will provide comprehensive checks and reporting on the client's property portfolio, liasing with surveyors, tenants and the national manager. Solid A levels are a minimum requirement as is heaps of common sense. Full training will be given.
