European FM (Salary £57000 p.a. )

An international manufacturer of specialist medical equipment is recruiting a European FM. Based at a site in Surrey you will manage FM services, personnel and contractors at a number of key European locations. You will develop a cost effective FM service to cover all hard and soft services and provide expertise for property, office design and space planning projects across the portfolio. You will also hold responsibility for H&S, evacuations, and business continuity. Knowledge and Experience Required: Engineering or Building Surveying background with considerable experience in Facilities Management or related areas. Knowledge of Building regulations and experience in directing interior design schemes. Health and Safety qualification is essential. In return a competitive salary of £45k to £57k plus excellent benefits package is offered.
