Hospitality & Facilities Administrator

Our client a national body for the humanities and social sciences seeks an experienced Hospitality & Facilities Administrator to deliver a friendly and professional front of house and facilities services. This position will work closely and deputise for the facilities coordinator in the delivery of facilities and central office services.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development & Hospitality Manager in maintaining the events perfect system to a high standard, including accurate data imputing and production of marketing reports.
Deal with room bookings queries and requests in a customer - friendly, professional manner.
Arranging site visits and building tours for visitors
Ensure there is sufficient cover throughout the day for all events including weekends, early start and late finish times.
