Operations Manager, Catering, Salary negotiable 3-6 Month Contract Our client a long established charity organisation requires an Operations Manager (Catering) to oversee a new multi site contract. The Operations Manager will be required to review the catering services to 8 individual Café's / canteen establishments located in secure premises in London. Responsibilities will be to negotiate and review contracts, source and tender new products, manage suppliers, review all catering equipment, provide a complete budget review and produce a full business plan for future growth.
