Providing maintenance plumbing services on client properties in Longcross, near Chertsey, Surrey. Main responsibilities will involve install, maintain and the repair hot and cold water supplies, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating, Fix and maintain piped services install gutters and drainpipes, Essential Experience Required " City & Guilds (6089) NVQ Level 2 and 3 OR above in Plumbing " Full, clean driving license " To be able to follow drawings and plans " Have good practical sense with well developed problem-solving skills " To be able to work at heights and in confined spaces " Knowledge of Building Regulations " Knowledge of Health & Safety Personal Attributes " Good time management and organisational skills " Enthusiastic and self motivated with the confidence and ability to work unsupervised/in a stand alone role " High level of written and verbal communication skills " Ability to deal with situations sensitively and maintain confidentiality " Reliable and professional approach " Have a pleasant manner in dealing with customers, colleagues and Management " Highly presentable
