A leading firm of property consultants is recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager to manage the delivery of facilities services as at a very prestigious multi-tenanted office building in London's West End. You will manage service charge budgets and act as the liaison between tenants and landlord. You will lead a team of in house and contracted staff covering all hard and soft building services as well as overseeing any project works in occupied areas. We are looking for someone with experience of providing 5 star FM services within a commercial multi-tenanted office building. Someone who is used to managing service charge, who is 'property savvy' with strong commercial acumen and exceptional customer service skills.
