The Business Development team of a well know Facilities Management company is recruiting a 'Business Solutions Sales Manager' to be dedicated and committed to the generation of relevant and winnable opportunities and to responding to potential clients' requirements with commercially viable, quality driven, innovative business solutions.
The key purpose of this new role is to generate and develop internal and external new business opportunities and assist the team to deliver winning solution.
The successful candidate will have to build and develop the new business pipeline working closely with the BD Director and marketing function to generate and negotiate new income to an agreed annual target and generate own leads supported by telesales resource.
Business Solutions Sales Manager will manage the telesales resource in line with sales targets and the need to generate relevant qualified leads. It is important to understand the needs and risks of potential clients through probing questions and communications.
Requirements essential - Strong communications skills in all forms - ability to produce tailored proposals/presentations - Detailed knowledge of facilities management, hard and soft services and benefits in relation to competitors. - Working knowledge of FM Contracts - Proven sales success and confidence in abilities - Confident negotiator - Strong relationship building skills - Capable hands-on problem solving with ability to generate new ideas and solutions - A positive and determined approach to new business opportunities - Possess drive, initiative, motivation and a positive and acute attention to detail - Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks Desirable - Working knowledge of risk management - Understanding of Sustainability agendas and health and safety issues - Relevant qualifications - Good understanding of matters relating to corporate governance
