An international corporate client is recruiting a Building Projects Manager to oversee refurbishment and maintenance projects at their central London Head Office and regional sites. We are looking for a qualified and experienced project manager with affiliation to RICS, CIOB or Association of Project Managers. Experience of managing internal fit out and office refurbishment projects is essential. This is a challenging role where you'll be responsible the project process, liaising with stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, to budget and specification. Excellent communication, administration, financial and reporting skills are essential. An understanding of the corporate culture is advantageous.
