Our Client an market leader in purpose build accommodation is looking for an experienced Administrator for an initial 6 months FTC to start asap. This is a great opportunity to work for a award winning company dedicated on developing their people and their wellbeing. Location: Central Bristol
 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
 
Salary: Up to £25000 + bonus + benefits
 
What the job involves:
 
Working alongside Estates and Maintenance teams providing administrative support to the in-house and supplier delivered Planned Maintenance programme and reactive service delivery.  Working closely with the Estates Manager and Estates Supervisors on day to day activity and change and improvement initiatives.
 
To give you an idea of what to expect, you'll be:
 
  • Delivering a high level of administrative support to the Estates and Maintenance functions.
  • Scheduling and monitoring progress of the internal teams and 3rd Party supplier's works.
  • Maintaining essential documents, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Working with a team as point of contact for the Estates and Maintenance queries and issues.
  • Monitoring the remedial process to ensure quoted works and internally resourced tasks are updated and closed, including raising POs and ordering stock items.
  • Organising and attending meetings, recording actions and ensuring follow-up
What we look for in you:
 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of providing administrative support including minutes, scheduling meetings, updating spreadsheets and processing payments
  • Confident ability to build relationships internally and externally with third-party suppliers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including proven ability to engage with customers and colleagues alike
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • The ability to work at a fast-pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of team as well as on own initiative
  • Previous experience of working within an Estate, Facilities Management or 3rd party supplier environment – desirable.
