Catch 22 are working with a unique Construction, Property and Facilities Management organisation in Lancashire in need of an experienced Building Surveyor and Project Manager with extensive experience in the education or health sectors.
 
The successful Building Surveyor will be working across a variety of both project and professional services including but not limited to; project management, contract administration, dilapidations, defect diagnosis and more.
 
You will be working for the organisation's inhouse Technical Services consultancy helping to identify new projects (typically refurbishment projects).
 
You will then design suitable solutions, engage with bid and tender processes to source suitable contractors for the projects, manage the projects on site through to completion and at all times engage with the end user / client to ensure that all works are delivered to the appropriate standard.

What are we looking for?
If you are a degree qualified Building Surveyor seeking an interim appointment in the North West, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking professional surveyors with previous experience of healthcare and/or educational properties.
We would like to engage with surveyors that have worked client side, service provider side or in a consultancy environment.
We need candidates with previous project delivery and contract administration experience.
Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of property refurbishment – including mechanical and electrical / building services.
Candidates will have delivered small to medium sized projects (£50,000 – £5,000,000).
