Our client, a well known Facilities Management organisation are currently on the look out for a Commercial Surveyor based at their Leeds office to oversee a number of large and complex contracts including complicated PFI. Working alongside the Management Team you will drive the commercial agenda across the facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:
– Support the Commercial Managers in all commercial related tasks within their defined area of delivery.
– Responsible for the adherence of all commercial process, implementation of standard proforma, and ensuring that the costs and sales MI reflect the developing delivery of the contracts
– To develop, implement, review and monitor systems and measures to accurately account for the financial performance of contracts.
– To provide financial and commercial support to Commercial Managers, the Directors and to the wider business.
– To liaise with personnel within the commercial department and within other areas of the Company to assist in achieving the Company’s aims and targets.
– Reporting on the financial performance of individual contracts, including the provision of periodic and ad hoc reports to the Company Directors and other staff, as may be required from time to time.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have strong knowledge of Facilities Management and PFI particularly within health care and education properties. You will be a strong communicator and willing to work within a team. The role will involve occasional

In return, our client is looking to offer a salary up to £40,000 per annum with a very good benefits package which includes a car allowance.
