Are you a skilled Electrical, Mechanical & Facilities Supervisor with experience of leading and motivating a team? Do you have a multi-trade background or experience in electrical / mechanical? Do you have previous management experience with a keen eye for detail ensuring our sites and equipment are maintained to a very high standard?
Catch 22 is working alongside a Family run business who specialise in the supply of furnishing fabrics and wallcoverings to both the domestic and contract markets.
Due to expansion they are moving to a bespoke purpose-built premise and are now looking for an Electrical, Mechanical & Facilities Supervisor to join their company, to lead and support the maintenance of their plant and site.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
  • Coordinating and leading an electrical and mechanical team ensuring all machinery is maintained and operational
  • Coordinating and planning essential central services such as security, fire alarms and systems
  • Carry out a variety of general site repairs and maintenance work such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance with and without supervision
  • Create and maintain an asset care register ensuring records are up to date
  • Working alongside health & safety to ensure all actions and risk assessments are carried out in a safe manner
Applicants Should be Able to Demonstrate
  • Solid experience as an Electrical, Mechanical & Facilities Supervisor role or similar
  • Flexible approach to work and people management
  • A diagnostic and analytical problem solver
  • Keen and eager to lend themselves to any task
  • Confident communicator at all levels with essential interpersonal skills
  • Numeracy and strong computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • The ability to work using own initiative
