Estates Administrator


The Estates Administrator is a newly created role within the Bursary team to provide high level administrative and day to day operational support to the Deputy Bursar, Facilities Manager, Compliance Manager and wider Bursary team.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate considerable administrative expertise and excellent IT skills and the role would suit someone with Project Co-ordination/Project Administrator experience. You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced support function and possess excellent IT (ideally Office 365) and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal qualities and a sense of humour are required for this important position within the Bursary team. You will also be able to demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task and the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities.

This is a full time position and hours will be 8.45am – 4.45pm. The salary will be no less than £27,801 plus private health insurance and other benefits commensurate with skills and experience. The closing date for applications for this position is Wednesday 21 August 2019 at 9am.
