Our client a professional corporate organization are looking to appoint a new Facilities Assistant to assist in the day to day operations of their office in central Leeds.  
   
Core responsibilities will include
  • Assisting in the running of the Facilities Department.
  • This includes daily receipt, sorting, distribution, collection and dispatch of Royal Mail, DX and other deliveries.
  • Assisting with the booking and set up of meeting rooms.
  • High volume copying, printing, scanning, collating and laminating of documents.
  • Carrying out health, safety and environmental checks and inductions for new starters
 
Successful candidates will have relevant experience working in a professional office environment and be experienced in reprographics and post/print room duties. Also having excellent customer service will be essential for this position.    
   
For this the client is looking to offer a salary up to £18,000 per annum and benefits package including 25 days holiday, private healthcare and a contributory pension, plus discounts on various purchases including hotel stays, mobile phone contracts, theatre tickets, sporting events, holidays and insurance.
