Catch 22 are currently working alongside a rapidly-expanding FM Service Provider to recruit an experience Facilities Assistant to join their trendy Central London office.  This is a Full Time (40 hours per week – 9:00 to 18.00) Permanent role to start asap and expected salary is £30,000.

Function:  
We're looking for an experience Facilities Assistant to join the team to build on our facilities presence within a prestigious client organisation. We want someone bright, interested and looking to work hard. The FM Assistant will support the Facilities Manager at the head office in Central London. The role will have direct interaction with multiple areas of the business including senior managers.   
   
   
Requirements:
  • Full management of the Flightpath ticketing system (training provided)
  • Maintaining the schedule of allocated bicycle spaces
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are kept immaculate and regularly stocked/cleaned
  • Full stationary orders to ensure all stationary cupboards are regularly stocked
  • Customer service – providing a high-level service for all stake holders
  • Stakeholder management
  • Meeting room and hospitality booking, coordinating set ups as requested and assisting with events where required
  • Coordinating with Corporate Security on Facilities related matters
  • Operate Flightpath system to evaluate, prioritize and respond promptly to Facilitiesrelated inquiries from employees; relay inquiries to appropriate resource
  • Cooperation with the daily Handy Man in-line with the REW team
  • Responsible for ensuring 3rd party contractors are correctly authorised and adhered to client's policies through organisations Contractor Management System including obtaining RAMs.
  • Creation of Hard/Soft services manual for London office coordination with the Office Manager to high standard
  • Some unsocial hours working may be required from time to time
  • Additional facilities-based tasks on request
  • Occasional support across other Organisations where necessary
  • Working in tandem with Dublin based Vendor manager to ensure that the site produces regular/timely results based on the tickets raise through Flightpath
