Our client, a national facilities service provider are looking to appoint a facilities coordinator to support the facilities operations within a prestigious legal firm in central Manchester.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
        - Performing post room duties and assist with office administration.
        - Booking travel requests on behalf of the client
        - Assisting with reprographics requests
        - Performing floor walks to ensure that the site is safe and - - - secure for the client. Reporting any faults and taking steps to resolve them.
        - Assisting in the assembly of new furniture and in office moves during the week and on occasion at the weekend.
        - Manage all helpdesk/maintenance requests from the client and ensure they are resolved swiftly.
        - The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, very hands on and be keen to get stuck in to the role to develop their career in facilities management.
For this, the client is willing to offer a salary of up to £24,000 plus a generous benefits package and is committed to developing their staff throughout their career. They are keen to promote from within and there is a clear path that can be seen of how someone can progress with this employer.
