Our client, a global financial institution spanning over 30 countries, is recruiting a Facilities Manager for their Paris office. The position is based in the Paris office and reports to Head of Facilities Management, based in London and to local CAO. The role forms part of a Corporate Management team whose responsibilities cover a wide range of functions. You will be liaising with users and working with contractors to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the FM Services are efficient and reliable and that the contractors interpret correctly the organisations procedures and carry out the subsequent work effectively.

The role will include:

– Soft and hard facility services management, including MEP, Life Safety systems and Asset lifecycle
– Security management: building access control; security information communication and coordination
– Procurement and vendor management, including SLA and KPIs
– Local travel management
– Environment, Health & Safety in line with the Group Environmental Social Governance approach
– Lease management; landlord and subtenant relationships
– Real Estate and construction projects in compliance with local legislation
– Insurance coverage in order to manage the firm´s risk appropriately
– Coordination for business continuity and leader of Risk Assessment Team
– Fire Marshall and First Aider

We are looking for an individual with several years’ experience of delivering facilities services, Health and Safety and FM project management in a 5* corporate environment. The candidate must be fluent in French and English language.

In return our client is offering a salary between 55,000 & 60,000 Euros plus other benefits.
