Due to continued growth our client is seeking to recruit a consultant – FM. They are looking for someone to offer clients advice and support on the performance of their buildings with a specific bias to facilities management, estate management and procurement. Clients are multi-sector including corporate, healthcare, airports, universities. Locations are currently London, Oxfordshire and Birmingham

They can provide full consultancy services, turnkey project delivery and full project management to provide clients with an increased return from their built assets and investments. As an active member of the team you will be required to work on existing and future contracted works.

The attributes, skills and qualifications you’ll need for this role are:

Commercial, operations and/or consultancy experience working in FM
A strong desire to make a big difference for customers and have high energy to do so
The ability to work well with a large cross section of personalities and clients’ personnel that range from board room to shop floor
Commercial and operational experience in managing and procuring FM service contracts
The energy and drive to deliver results and make things happen quickly
The ability to manage your own time in the most effective way to meet internal and external targets and deadlines
Experience of working in business to business markets
A proven ability to understand customer problems, generate proposals and convert them into sales
Commercial astuteness and the ability to creatively solve problems
An excellent knowledge of (or qualification in) hard FM, soft FM, waste management and/or energy management
The ability (and credibility) to demonstrate business insight(s) and engage customers and potential customers
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills
Member of BIFM or other relevant industry body
A desire to grow and advance with the growth of our business
