Our client, a Public Sector Organisation are currently on the search for a Service Desk Coordinator to be based in Manchester on a 6 month contract.

The role includes working to coordinate calls on to the help desk ensuring reported data accuracy and to the correct contractor. Ensuring service levels are maintained and responded to within the contractual specified times. The Service Desk Co-ordinator is responsible for being a point of contact and liaison between all tenants, helpdesk and contractors for all service requests.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Facilities professional with strong knowledge of Soft Services and experience of working with CAFM systems. You will be a customer focused individual and be motivated, organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines

In return our client is looking to offer a salary up to £25,000.
