Job Title: Management Information and Systems Analyst
Location: Walton on Thames
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Employment Type: 6 months temp to perm
Hours of work: Full time / 37.5 hours
Purpose of Role:
To provide meaningful reports and insight for Clients and Operations Teams. You will be responsible for the development of professional, accurate and comprehensive reports by interrogating data provided by operational teams on site, and from information obtained through our CAFM and scheduling software applications. You will have overall responsibility for the maintenance and update of our information systems, and the accuracy and completeness of the incorporated data.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop reports in line with business requirements.
  • Delivery of all reporting activities to agreed timescales and quality.
  • Contribute to enhancing existing reports to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help to build analytical capability within the team.
  • Produce analysis and make recommendations to management.
  • Provide meaningful insight to operations teams.
  • Work with other business areas through data gathering and analysis.
  • Share MI best practice across all contacts.
  • Provide guidance on all MI related matters.
  • Maintenance and update of CAFM and scheduling software.
  • Answering client and colleague queries by email and telephone.
  • Assisting Directors and Senior Managers with MI requirements.
  • Support the Operations Support Manager with Reporting/ Compliance activities
  • Ensure our systems meet the requirements of ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ GDPR
Skills and experience:
  • Experience of building reporting suites within an operational business.
  • Highly numerate and IT literate, with a genuine passion for data.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical experience essential.
  • Experience in using CAFM's to extract data and build reports.
  • Cleanlink experience or similar Contact Management system experience is desirable.
  • Complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to extract, manipulate and present data into reports.
  • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations to management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.
