CATCH 22 is looking to recruit a Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Engineer to support ongoing Facilities Management Contracts across the Northern Home Counties from a base in the Herts/Beds/Bucks region.
We are working with a first class FM and Construction organisation who have a wealth of experience in Public Sector, Healthcare, Retail and Commercial Property maintenance. The business is a great believer in the training, development and promotion of its engineering personnel from within, and they offer competitive salary and benefits packages to attract the best possible engineering personnel to their business. With a growing order book and an expanding FM Division, they are currently ranked as one of the leading players in Property Development and Facilities Management.  
This particular contract requires a Mobile Plumber to work between 28 care homes around the Herts, Beds and Bucks areas.
The working core hours will be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, but you must have a flexible approach to overtime when required.
Who are we looking for?
The suitable candidate must:
  • Work well as part of a close knit team, as well as on his/her own.
  • Have a good level of previous plumbing experience.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable and conscientious in regard to the service levels needed within the care home sector.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Be a good communicator. 
  • Be willing to cover (stand by paid and minimum 4 hours) OOH call out as part of a 5 – 6 week roster.

  • The role carries a basic salary of approx. £32,000-£33,000 based on a standard Mon-Fri working week.
