An exciting opportunity for an experience Office manager/Receptionist to join one of London's largest independent networking and business support organisation in the heart of City of London.  The Fixed Term Maternity Cover will start in February 2019 and end July 2019 (possibly October 2019)  
Reporting to the Ops Director, this Maternity cover contract would suit an out of work Office Manager, who would be in charge of a busy Reception desk, for a period of 6 – 9 months.
The successful candidate must be is a good multitasker, able to provide a professional and friendly front of house service at all times whilst looking after a range of facilities, building maintenance, CRM and general administrative duties.
The job holder is responsible for:
  • Welcoming all visitors and callers to the office
  • Ensuring members' lounge, meeting rooms and offices are maintained to a consistently high standard
  • Managing reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling, liaising with suppliers
  • Taking bookings for and co-ordinating delivery of refreshments for internal meetings
  • Arranging servicing, maintenance and repair of office equipment e.g. photocopiers, franking machine (but not IT)
  • Supporting member relationship activities on Microsoft CRM
  • Providing cover for Facilities Assistant on office services
  • Compiling and monitoring Facilities Team budget
