Exciting opportunities have arisen for 3 receptionists, at a leading
International Marketing / Media firm in the heart of Kings Cross, Central

The successful candidates will be required to man a very busy Reception desk, dealing with hundreds of visitors a day.

The Role:

You will be the face of the company based in Kings Cross
Responsible for ensuring everyone entering the premises receives a warm and friendly welcome. Each guest must have a slick journey and experience through reception, so they leave with a great impression of the company, and the Front of House.
You will be well presented and always maintain professional conduct.
Making sure that the reception area is running smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Responding to phone calls, emails and special requests in a timely fashion.
Taking pride in your workplace making sure reception is always immaculate

Key responsibilities:
Book meeting rooms
Responding to emails in a timely fashion
Managing the switchboard (for several agencies on site)
Printing guest passes
Alerting staff of guests’ arrival
Book catering
Take on any ad hoc/office duties

Reception/office experience (essential)
Booking meeting rooms (ideal)
Excellent customer service/people skills and telephone manner (essential)
Multi-tasking juggling tasks concurrently

Monday Friday | Working hours shifts between 8:00 18:30
