Our client, a leading international Facilities Management service provider are currently on the look out for a Service Support Executive to work within their Waste Division.

The role is the customer touch point for all waste management services for Customer & Helpdesk ensuring that all requests are translated into a clear specification to their supplier partners either through their portal system or via their specialised sourcing team. As part of the role you will be put through a rigorous training and development programme which will see you grow and develop within the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
– Engaging with customer representatives to ensure all relevant service request details have been captured and agreed time, specification and costs have been through the appropriate governance sign off.
– Interacting with suppliers to request the agreed service solution that has been signed off by the customer.
– Production of management information including service performance information and to ensure SLA”s are met.
– Ensure that all Waste Management services are delivered in line with company policy, process and procedure. In additional, the must meet all relevant UK and devolved legislation as required.
